Legal Disclaimer & Safety Notice

Little Safety Co. products are designed to assist parents and caregivers in creating a safer environment for children. Our products are intended as an additional safety measure only and are not a substitute for responsible adult supervision.

No child-safety product can eliminate all risks of injury or accidents. Children should be supervised at all times, and parents and caregivers remain responsible for assessing the suitability of each product for their individual circumstances and environment.

Installation & Use

All products should be installed, used and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided. Before each use, ensure the product is correctly installed, secure and in good working condition.

Products should not be used if they are damaged, worn, incorrectly installed or otherwise compromised.

Product Suitability

It is the responsibility of the purchaser or user to ensure that a product is suitable for its intended application, including the particular door, window, surface, furniture item or other area where it is being installed or used.

Product appearance, dimensions and specifications may vary slightly from images displayed on our website.

Child Safety

Our products are designed to help reduce certain everyday household risks; however, they are not guaranteed to prevent access, injury, falls or accidents in every circumstance.

Never rely solely on a child-safety device to protect a child from a potentially dangerous area or situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Safety Co. is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from misuse, incorrect installation, modification, failure to follow product instructions, failure to regularly inspect or maintain a product, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
